‍The Lord was with Joseph, and he was a successful man... 

If we live like this, we shall know that we are children of the truth and can reassure ourselves in the sight of God, even if our own hearts make us feel guilty. For God is infinitely greater than our hearts, and he knows everything. 

For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. 

Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith...

For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God]. 

For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.

We now have this light shining in our hearts, but we ourselves are like fragile clay jars containing this great treasure. This makes it clear that our great power is from God, not from ourselves.

So letting your sinful nature control your mind leads to death. But letting the Spirit control your mind leads to life and peace.

We love because he first loved us.

[We] refute... every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ.

Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other.

Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us.

“Why do your disciples play fast and loose with the rules?” But Jesus put it right back on them. “Why do you use your rules to play fast and loose with God’s commands?”

So when they continued asking Him, He raised Himself up and said to them, “He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.”

Remember your leaders who taught you the word of God. Think of all the good that has come from their lives, and follow the example of their faith.

Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.

Success Tests if You Know Who You Really Are‍Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.

For the thing I greatly feared has come upon me, and what I dreaded has happened to me.

But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.”
